Android, a platform which didn’t exist just 25 months ago, is now the most-used operating system on smartphones in the United States, having just surpassed BlackBerry. According to a study released today by comScore, 31.2%, of U.S. smartphones were running Google’s Android OS in January, compared to the 30.4% of American smartphone owners who use BlackBerry devices.
