Apple hasreleaseda security update that addresses digital certificates issues by DigiNotar last month that were found to be compromised. The update is 2011-005 and is available for Lion and Snow Leopard users. Apple has added links to allow people to share products via links on Twitter and Facebook, reportsMacRumors. The upgrade to the store appears to be the reason behind its downtime this morning. The links appear via a drop-down menu that appears when you click on an arrow next to the ‘Select’ button on a product page. We’re getting reports that the prices of apps in the UK App Store, as well as some other international stores, have gone up today. We’re seeing an increase in the standard £0.59 price up to £0.69 for minimum-priced apps and increases from £1.29 to £1.49.
