QR codes are small coded squares that a QR reader app on a smartphone can decode into information — in this case, theGoogle Placesinformation for a location, such as contact details and customer reviews. I spend so much time on Google Docs that I do my best not to think about it. But I was forced to today — because Google Docs isacting weird. There were issues. Firstly, I couldn’t select any text on Google Docs. Secondly, much of this text was running off the page. Google hasannouncedtoday that you are now able to copy and paste graphic elements, or drawings, back and forth between Google Documents. This improvement comes as a result of Google Docs now using the web clipboard. In addition to copying whole drawings, you can also copy individual shapes and paste them into a drawing in another document. The new feature is under theweb clipboard>Copy shapes to web clipboard. Once you’re in the new document, the web clipboard menu will allow you to choose from a list of copied shapes in order to paste them....

Granted, you’ve been able to editGoogle Docsvia the Web for quite some time, but it’s never really made sense to us that Android didn’t have a dedicated app for Docs. Today, Google has answered the request of many, and theGoogle Docs app for Androidis plainly awesome.
