If this is true, it’s quite frankly amazing – but I have to say I’m not convinced. Comedy actorCraig Rowinrecently posted a video to YouTube asking for one million dollars. He had no specific need for it, he just wanted it.

After his initial plea to celebrities and other millionaires to share their fortunes with him, he followed up with a couple ofadditionalvideosand even anappearance on TV newsin Alabama. All that persistence seems to have paid off – from his latest video it looks like a millionaire actually came through.

Amazing, right? Well, if it’s true I completely agree, although the fact that the millionaire, named only “Benjamin”, will be handing the sum over to Rowinon stageat a theatre, in a show that costs $5 to get into – makes me think that there’s more than a little bit of a publicity stunt going down here. I mean, he contributes to The Onion so it wouldn’t be surprising.

Still, millionaire or not, we’re talking about him – so congratulations either way, Craig!
