Teased at CES last month, the official Amazon.com Windows Phone 7 app has launched on the Windows Phone 7 Marketplace, bringing millions of products to handsets powered by Microsoft’s new mobile operating system.

The full retail experience on Windows Phone 7 follows shortly after Amazon released itsKindle appfor the platform in early January. The application is designed specifically for Windows Phone devices, allowing users to swipe left or right between product details, reviews and related items.

It has built-in search, 1-Click ordering, includes Prime member support, Wish Lists and package tracking – features included in both iOS and Android versions also.
