Amazon is nowofferinga $2 credit to Appstore customers just for Tweeting a notice about it. In order to get the credit, you have to link your Twitter and Amazon accounts and follow @appstore on Twitter.
After you do so a Tweet stating “I just got a $2 credit for Android apps from the @amazonappstore. Click http://amzn.to/tweetapps2 to get yours. #get2” will get automatically Tweeted out from your account.
In order to get the credit, you will also need to have theAmazon Appstoreinstalled on your Android device too as it is separate from the standard Android Market.
There are a bunch of great games on the Appstore for $2 so this is actually a nice offer. It does, of course, benefit Amazon as it will drive installations of its proprietary Appstore ahead of arumored Amazon tablet launch, and it does get the word out to people about the fact that it even exists.
