Apple has confirmed their statement last year that the long-awaited white iPhone 4 will arrive ‘this spring’.
This re-statement is in response to the rumor started by a Bloombergreportthat pointed to anonymous sources as stating that it would arrive before the end of April.
The WSJstoryabout the confirmation is pretty much just Apple reiterating the projected release date of this spring for the iPhone 4. This projection was made by Apple themselves back at theend of last yearand again last month when Apple COO Phil Schiller commented on it viaTweet.
Although yesterday’s report by Bloomberg indicated that both Verizon and AT&T would be getting the white model although Apple has declined to reveal that detail. This continues the long history of speculation anddisappointmentsurrounding the now mythical white version of last year’s phone.
