CNBC, the business and financial news channel, has launched a TV App for connected TV platforms across the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region.
TheCNBC Real-Time TV Appwill be free to use, and will give viewers access to content from both CNBC’s TV and online channels, via Internet TVs, set-top boxes (STB), Blu-ray players and home theatre systems. Some examples include Panasonic Viera Connect, Philips Net TV, Samsung Smart TV and Virgin Media.

The app waslaunchedlast year for Google TV, and it was madeavailableon the LG Smart TV back in May this year. Amobile versionis also available.
