Google has made a series of new announcements regarding Google+, one of which is that it’s waving goodbye to Huddle and relaunching it as Messenger.

As Google+ exits private beta and enters, well,public beta, Messenger will also include new photo-sharing functionality. So users can now share images with their circles and show them exactly what’s happening where they are:

You can try the new Google+ app onAndroidnow, and themobile browserversion is also available, whilst the new version foriOSwill be out shortly.

Huddle – sorry, Messenger – lets users text groups of people or individuals in Google+ Mobile. When users receive a new message, Google+ sends a push notification to the user’s phone.
