StartupDigest- the email newsletter that helps you stay informed about the best startup events in your city- was founded by Christopher McCann when he wanted to know about the best startup events in his area.
It started with one email to his friends and now StartupDigest has over 100,000 subscribers in just over a year. It now employs a number of staff all over the US and 80 curators all over the world.
I talked to Chris about how he set it up, developments in Silicon Valley and asked him which startups currently excite him.
