It’s hard to find a good lifestream app with support for all the right services and the flexibility you need. There used to be a few good ones for WordPress, but the viable options have simmered down.
jQuery Lifestreamis a little JavaScript that pulls in information from 25 different sources, and can be more easily dropped into any page than plugin alternatives and styled as you wish. Conversely, it’s not a plug-and-play solution so you may want to leave this if you’re afraid of fiddling with scripts and styling things yourself with CSS.
There’s a definite dev-designer bent with this script’s supported services, including such things as GitHub, Dribbble and Forrst, but the main attractions for net denizens like Twitter and WordPress are there. Hopefully one day it’ll rival the ridiculously long list of supported services thatLifestream for WordPressoffers.
