Google is facing a somewhat paltry suit in France over anticompetitive practice. While it may be exponentially more than you or I make, it’s pence in the bucket for Mountain View’s star. Apple is addressing the Final Cut Pro X issues, and could have a fix for importing from Pro 7 quite soon. For those who aren’t happy, the company is issuing refunds. Microsoft has finally launched Office 365, its cloud-centric version of Office for the enterprise.
