WithTweepFeedyou can access anyone’s Twitter RSS feed, but rather than generating a list of their tweets, it tracks the links that they’ve shared and creates an RSS feed of the content for you to use on your RSS reader of choice.
All you need is their username to generate a special RSS feed which you can then add to your reader. Each post is then viewable, just as it would be if you were subscribed to a site’s feed.
