Updates at the foot of the post.

Verizon has flipped the switch on itspre-order pagefor the new iPhone, allowing existing customers to log into the site using their existing Verizon credentials.

The page has gone live some ten minutes early and is currently taking repeated attempts to fully load the page, presumably as US customers begin to bombard the site to order the new device.

The Apple Storeis currently down whilst Apple make the necessary changes, if you are an existing Verizon customer and a resident in the U.S,  you can order your Verizon iPhone 4here.
