Samsung is currentlyengagedin a massive legal battle with Apple over which company has been stealing the other’s designs for phones and tablets. That’s why this image, discovered byJohn Paczkowski of All Things D,is so ironic.

It’s a store display in theCentro Sicilia store in Catania, Italy that re-uses the artwork for several different iOS apps, including Apple’s own App Store. This is some pretty brazen stuff here and things like this won’t do much to help Samsung’s case.

Since this location is a ‘store within a store’ it is possible that Samsung is not responsible for the display, but it very much seems like they are endorsing it with the branding positioned the way it is.
